Greetings All!
We are in the final days of collecting and preparing the Silent Auction and Balloon Raffle items. Elaine is writing all up this weekend so that Megan can get the bid sheets printed in time.
We still need at least 25 more balloon items !!!
Please get those and any more Silent Auction items to to her no later than Sunday, February 25th.
If you can’t get there by Sunday, please call her at 503.694.6649 or email her at eswyt@mediaphysics.com with the details so that she can plan accordingly. Several have already contacted her about later than Sunday deliveries, so those ladies, not to worry.
VOLUNTEER REMINDERS
For those planning to help setup for Silent Auction, Elaine will be contacting you next week with the details. For those helping otherwise with the evening’s festivities, Anne has posted her volunteer list online and will be contacting you also during the week.
