We are happy to announce the details for our next member luncheon which will be Friday, May 18th at 11:30 am in the Charbonneau Activity Center, Hazelglade & Kalapuya rooms, catered by It’s Party Time. Our thanks to Steph Pump and Judy Thie for making these arrangements and Vicki Wright for the design. This is our last member luncheon of the season, until September. We will be passing the gavel over to our new leaders. Dr. Suzan Huntington will present the annual Cypress Branch report.
Our May luncheon will be served buffet style. Here is the carefully planned menu:
- Chicken (boneless breast) Pesto Caesar Salad
- Italian Pasta Salad
- Fresh fruit
- Rolls and Butter
- Dessert
- Coffee, Lemonade and Water Station
The brunch price is $25. The deadline to RSVP online or by cash/check is Monday, May 15th at Noon. Please see below if paying by cash/check.

RSVP online please at: RSVP HERE. When you RSVP, choose your payment option — credit card, check or cash. You will receive an online confirmation right away,
If you select check or cash, you have one more step — drop off your check or cash (marked with your name in an envelope) into the Boys & Girls lockbox in the new Activity Center coat room, which is to the left as you come into that lobby.
Please note–there will no longer be any exceptions for late payments. This is necessary due to the need to provide a precise count of meals required to our caterer. As the caterer invoices based on the number in the room, we are not able to allow members to attend without paying and by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding in compliance with this policy.
