Dear Members,
I am gravely concerned about the lack of response for a President, Vice-President and Secretary. We need these offices filled/voted on at the May luncheon. With 70 members surly there must be people to fill these posts.
President: lead board meetings and luncheons. Develop agendas for both events. Fill in as needed. In two years I’ve never had to step in because someone didn’t do their job!
Vice-President: work with caterer/member hostesses; set up tables for luncheons. Vicki and Marty handle decorations so that task is covered.
Secretary: document board meetings by summarizing the issue and flagging any decisions or action needed.
None of these positions have to be time consuming or hard. No other duties are required unless you opt to do something because you want to.
Co-Presidents and Co-Vice Presidents are encouraged.
