We enjoyed meeting with everyone who was able to join us in October. We announced the new date for the 2022 Crab and Rib Dinner for Saturday, April 23 and expect roll out to begin anew in early 2022. Thank you also to Suzan Huntington for her most excellent update last month. We are are excited to hear about the plans for the “New Nest” and how we can help again for this year’s holiday programs.
Thank you to Cherie, Jan, and all who helped organize our live luncheons through the summer and last month, so we all could get together once again. Also our thank you to our members who have supported our planning with all precautions carefully in place. As promised we continue to assess ahead of each month’s luncheon, whether to meet in person or how else to share together
And so, ahead of our November and December luncheons, with safety in mind, the board wants to calibrate what is best for the majority of members. In an ideal world, we would be looking forward to our next membership luncheon at Springridge, but that is unfortunately not possible yet. As soon as they are ready to re-open, we will be one of the first to storm the doors!
