This is a reminder to those who haven’t signed up yet.

We are happy to announce the details for our January luncheon which will be Friday, January 19th at 11:30 am in the Charbonneau Clubhouse Dining Room, catered by The Market Cafe. Our thanks to our hostesses — Farol Kahle and Roberta Donaldson. Our guest speaker will be Korie Cochran, who is our Culturally Responsive Services Coordinator. We also will be saying goodbye to Suzan Hungtington as CEO of Boys and Girls Aid but hopefully as a new member of the Cypress Auxiliary. She plans to attend, so everyone will be able to wish her their best as she heads first to Kauai for holiday and then on to her new job.

Our January luncheon menu includes:

  • Gluten free wraps: Turkey, Chicken, and Veggie
  • Gluten free pasta salad
  • Coleslaw
  • Fruit plate
  • Brownies
  • the usual beverages. – water and coffee
  • A selection of red and white wines will be available. Please bring a little extra something for the tip jar to help defray the cost.

The luncheon price is $25. The deadline to RSVP online by credit card or into the lockbox by cash/check is Tuesday, January 16th at Noon. (Monday is the Martin Luther King holiday and the office is closed) Sorry, no exceptions.

RSVP By Credit Card

To RSVP with your credit card, go here to do that online please at: >> RSVP HERE.

You will receive an online confirmation right away. The new online sign-up is pretty easy to use but here are the step-by-step instructions on that page.

RSVP By Check or Cash

If you want to pay by check or cash, drop off your monies (marked with your name in an envelope) into the Boys & Girls lockbox in the new Activity Center coat room, which is to the left as you come into that lobby.

Please note–there will no longer be any exceptions for late payments. This is necessary due to the need to provide a precise count of meals required to our caterer. As the caterer invoices based on the number in the room, we are not able to allow members to attend without paying and by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding in compliance with this policy.

“The Dinner” Auction items

We will continue sign-ups for “The Dinner” Silent Auction this month. If you have items to donate, bring them to the luncheon and we will transport.  If you cannot attend this luncheon, you can bring your items to Terri Royse home.  Her address is in the directory.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Over the next 2 months you will be able to pick from the many suggested options or offer your own.  For the Wine Raffle: We need 1 bottle of premium wine worth at least $20 from each member, if possible.

Pantry Items

We welcome every month your donations to the Pantry.
